Philippines Postal Corporation are currently experiencing IT problems, which is delaying the processing of incoming and outbound mail.

Jamaica Post has advised that the International Mail Processing Centre in Kingston, Jamaica had to shut down on 14th May due to noxious fumes at the facility. All outbound and inbound mail operations have been affected.
Afghan Post has confirmed they are working to restart operations following a terrorist attack on their headquarters on Sunday 13th April 2019. Services impacted include customs and international outbound mail and the systems supporting the mail movement.
