Printed matter and post, it’s how our journey started and it’s still very much us today. Whether we’re talking magazines, direct mail, catalogues or business mail, we still fulfil and deliver your items within the UK and all over the world.
When you choose UKPW, we aim to provide you with a variety of options to enable you to choose the service that best fits your project, budget and customers. There is no one-size-fits-all or an off-the-shelf service.
Early on in our conversations, we will ask you about your business and what your business goals are – is it a one-off project or a regular mailing? What are your key destinations? Do you have any special requirements?
Once we have mapped out the priorities we will then need your data, unless the items are coming to us pre-addressed? If you are using a US direct entry service, we will run your data through our National Change of Address (NCOA) database, a requirement for mailing with the United States Postal Service (USPS) – which will reduce your undeliverables and ensure your mailing data is kept up to date.
Your mailing arrives at UKPW – if magazines or a publication, we may print your addressed carrier sheets and wrap your magazine, alternatively if it’s a naked mailing we may just attach a PPI and sort into country order, depending on the carrier requirements.
What about your pre-addressed unsorted mail? No problem, deliver it into UKPW, where we will scan, as long as it’s got a fully typed address including destination country, and sort your mailing and attach the mailing PPI for that country and dispatch your goods all within the agreed timeframe.
We strive not only on our performance but also our transparency: if we run into a problem, we will tell you. If there is a problem with the carrier, we will tell you. Our transparency keeps our customers, as our customers know where they stand and can rely on us.
