Latvian postal operator, Latvijas Pasts has confirmed that the heavy snowfall has ended and the situation returned to normal on 14th December 2021.

Georgia Pos wishes to confirm that the verification unit serving the Tbilisi international mail processing centre will end on 25th December 2021.
Philippines
Super Typhoon Rai has caused a landfall near the Siargao Islands. The typhoon intensified rapidly reaching a strength of category 5 super typhoon on the Saffir Simpson scale in the space of two days. Local authorities have raised the tropical cyclone warning signal to 5 for the Visayas region, Mindanao and the Palawan Islands. Processing and delivery delays are to be expected.
