Further to EmIS 094/2025, the designated operator of Iraq, the Iraq Post and Savings Company, wishes to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that Iraq has reopened its airspace, allowing outbound and inbound international postal operations to resume on Wednesday, 25 June.

Flash flooding and power outages in parts of Chiayi County: Media sources reported on June 26 that heavy rainfall on the afternoon of the same day had caused flash flooding and power outages affecting over 17,000 customers in parts of Chiayi County, Taiwan. Roads were waterlogged, and many homes were flooded in parts of Minxiong Township, Shuishui Township and Xingang Township, while traffic congestion was also recorded. Power has since been restored to the affected customers by about 21:00 local time the same night. Business and logistics disruptions are likely to persist until floodwaters recede. Rainfall and hail are forecast for June 27.
