The aim is to ensure the new IT environment is up to speed and able to meet all necessary requirements. At present, processes are still slowed down owing to the implementation of additional steps in the IT security routine. Hopefully, they will speed up over the next few days.
Thank you for an incredible 2024! 🎄
Dear Valued Customers & Suppliers,
As 2024 comes to an end, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks for your continued support and partnership. This year has been truly remarkable for UKP Worldwide, filled with exciting achievements and milestones that we couldn’t have accomplished without you.
In February, we started the year strong by moving to our new home at Westcott Venture Park, a space that has enabled us to grow and innovate. From there, we embarked on a global journey, showcasing our services and connecting with industry leaders at key events:
This year also marked the launch of our Unwind returns service in partnership with MS Direct, revolutionising eCommerce returns management and duty reclaim for our customers.
Alongside these business milestones, we’ve cherished opportunities to celebrate customer success. From attending Club Wembley events to experiencing the magic of Wimbledon and supporting meaningful causes like Football for Change, these moments remind us of the incredible relationships we’ve built together.
We’re also thrilled to support Inspire Bucks, a local charity transforming the lives of vulnerable children and young adults. Their work resonates deeply with our values, and we’re honoured to contribute to their mission this festive season.
As we look ahead to 2025, we remain committed to delivering exceptional service and strengthening our partnerships with you.
Thank you for being a part of our journey this year. We wish you, your team, and your loved ones a joyful holiday season and a prosperous New Year.
Inspire Bucks: Spreading Joy This Christmas
This year, UKP Worldwide is proud to support Inspire Bucks, a local charity dedicated to bringing hope and happiness to children and young adults facing hardship across Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
Born from a heartfelt desire to give back, Inspire Bucks has grown into a lifeline for thousands of vulnerable young people,
ensuring they feel loved and valued, especially during the festive season. This year alone, the charity will provide gifts and support to over 4,000 children and young adults who might otherwise go without.
While Inspire Bucks has reached an incredible milestone of £10,000 in donations, the need is still great, with over 1,000 more young people to support before Christmas. Every contribution helps bring smiles, comfort, and a sense of belonging to those who need it most.
If you would like to join us in supporting this amazing cause, you can make a difference by donating here:
Together, we can help Inspire Bucks spread joy and ensure no child feels forgotten this Christmas. Thank you for helping us make a difference!
Many thanks,
Lee Bucktrout

Update 17.12.2024 –
We have today received confirmation that Holyhead Port will remain closed until 15th January 2025, which will unfortunately result in continued delays.
We will continue to work with suppliers and keep you informed of any developments.
16.12.2024
Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that Holyhead Port is closed due to Storm Darragh causing damage to the port itself. Holyhead Port remains closed as urgent remedial work is required. The latest communications from the port suggest that it will remain non-operational until further notice, possibly even January 2025.
We are working with our suppliers to ensure minimum delays but unfortunately, whilst traffic is directed to other ports, the additional demand has led to congestion and some unavoidable delays.
We will keep you informed of future developments.
