The designated operator of Denmark, Post Danmark, wishes to inform Union member countries and their designated operators that, in the light of the new import requirements introduced by the US executive order dated 30 July 2025, it is temporarily suspending acceptance of open or closed transit items containing goods destined for the United States of America. This measure will take effect on 23 August 2025, in accordance with article 17-013 of the Convention Regulations. Any transit or misrouted items containing goods that are destined for the United States and arrive at Post Danmark’s international mail processing centres will be returned to origin.

The designated operator of Austria, Österreichische Post, wishes to inform Union member countries and their designated operators that, in the light of the new import requirements introduced by the US executive order dated 30 July 2025, it is temporarily suspending the acceptance of open and closed transit items containing goods destined for the United States of America. This measure will take effect on 25 August 2025, in accordance with article 17-013 of the Convention Regulations. Any transit or misrouted items containing goods that are destined for the United States and arrive at Österreichische Post’s international mail processing centres will be returned to origin.

This measure will take effect on 25 August 2025, in accordance with article 17-013 of the Convention Regulations.  Any transit or misrouted items containing goods that are destined for the United States will be returned to origin.

Hellenic Post & Thailand Post wishes to inform you that, in light of the new import requirements introduced by the US executive order dated 30 July 2025, it is temporarily suspending the acceptance of open and closed transit items containing goods destined for the United States of America. This measure will take effect on 22 August 2025, in accordance with article 17-013 of the Convention Regulations.

Any transit or misrouted items containing goods that are destined for the United States will be returned to origin.
