UKP Worldwide would like to take the opportunity to update you, our customers, following Boris Johnson’s latest briefing, on 23rd March 2020, announcing that non-essential businesses were to close until further notice.
For the most it is business as usual, as mentioned in our previous email updates, we pride ourselves on looking after our customers and the well-being of our staff, so we wanted to share with you the provisions we as a company have put in place to keep our staff safe and our customer’s products moving. Both the CDC and the World Health Organisation have indicated that there is currently no evidence that COVID-19 is being spread through mail items.
To reduce health risk we immediately introduced our business continuity protocols resulting in as many office staff as possible working remotely. For the remaining staff, we have increased sanitisation and social distancing between colleagues. We also conduct daily team briefings updating all our staff on the latest Government and NHS guidelines.

We are actively working on keeping our Service Alerts page updated ensuring country information is up to date and relevant for all our customers. Please visit our website for a full update: https://www.ukpworldwide.com/news/service-alerts/.
We continue to operate with vigilance, compassion and care for our customers, colleagues, suppliers and anyone affected during these difficult times.
