PostNord Sverige has advised that the temporary suspension of mail items to Belarus and the Russian Federation has been lifted for small letter items of correspondence as defined in article 17-105, paragraph 1 of the Regulations of the Universal Postal Convention with a maximum weight of 50 grammes.
