Bulgarian Post wishes to inform that all IT issues have now been resolved and normal services resumed.
Bulgarian Posts have advised that due to a cyberattack on the 16th April, they have been experiencing IT issues. As a result, all IT systems are down. The Bulgarian Posts IT department and agencies are working to get the matter resolved.
Special quarantine measures have been implemented across Bulgaria. As a result, Bulgarian Post needs to comply and therefore have reduced workforce. Signature on delivery services has also been suspended. Delay with mail services are to be expected.
