HongKong Post have confirmed that all services have now returned to normal.
Thailand
Thailand Post has advised that the rain in the southern part of Thailand has now ceased. All postal operations have returned to normal.
Malaysia
Malaysia Post has advised that services have returned to normal following the heavy rain and widespread flooding in recent weeks.
Macao
Macao Post has advised due to the recent developments with covid and human resources, they are experiencing some delays with mail items.
Hong Kong
HongKong Post has confirmed that their delivery service for all items requiring a signature is returning to normal. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, the recipient will receive a notification asking them to collect from a designated post office.

Hello,
I would like to start by saying thank you for your continued custom over the last year. 2022 has been a good year for us and it’s been great to see the return of some normality or the ‘new norm’ with the return of face-to-face Customer meetings, exhibitions, events and much more!
In 2023 we will be continuing to support our existing customers with their customs requirements and parcel movements in and out of the UK, whilst hoping to grow our customer base with our first exhibition at the eCommerce Berlin Expo in February 2023.
This year we are supporting Aylesbury Foodbank, and the work they do in providing for the local community. They provide nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred in crisis. As part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, they are supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.

Korea
Korean postal workers have ended their strike action and normal services have resumed. However, a backlog has built up during this time and therefore, delays could still be experienced.

The CWU has formally notified Royal Mail they plan to call on their members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and letters to take national strike action on Friday 9th, Sunday 11th December, Wednesday 14th December and Thursday 15th December.
Royal Mail has well-developed contingency plans, but they cannot fully replace the daily efforts of their frontline workforce. Royal Mail will be doing what they can to keep services running, but unfortunately, the planned strike action is likely to cause disruption.
