Samoa Post has confirmed that the Government of Samoa has extended the state of emergency until 4 July 2021.
As there is still only one cargo flight into and out of the country per week, Samoa Post requests that all mail to Samoa be sent as closed transit through New Zealand. Please note that, since the cargo flight arrives in the country late on Friday, all inbound mail is processed the following Monday, as Samoa Post does not operate at the weekend. Inbound mail is not subject to three days’ quarantine upon arrival at the office of exchange.
