Further to EmIS messages 078/2025 and 099/2025, the designated operator of Panama, Correos Panamá, wishes to inform Union member countries and their designated operators that, following negotiations with the competent authorities and the protesters, all roads blockages throughout the country have been lifted. As a result, postal services have resumed as normal. Furthermore, the post offices in the province of Bocas del Toro that were closed to protect postal workers and customers (serving postcode areas 0100, 0101, 0104, 0106, 0108 and 0103) have reopened. |
