Heavy rain causes flooding in Neamț and Suceava: Media sources report that heavy rainfall caused flooding in Neamț and Suceava Counties, Romania, on July 28. Over 900 people were evacuated from areas including Farcașa, Poiana Teiului, and Borca. Sources also report that several zones were affected by rising floodwaters and the collapse of National Road 177A, along with other damaged routes. Three fatalities were confirmed in Suceava County.
