Typhoon disrupts flight operations in Shanghai: Typhoon In-Fa has led to considerable disruption at Shanghai Pudong International Airport since 24th July. 

More than 80% of scheduled flights were cancelled on 25th July. Significant delays in postal services should be expected in the coming days. 

Delivery delays could be expected with items being shipped to China due to a public holiday, Golden Week Holiday from 1st-7th October. Please accept our apologies during this time. 

Mail arriving in Canada is facing delays at the border due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19. We will keep you informed of any developments. 

Mail services to China have now resumed, however, delays are still to be expected during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. 

Unfortunately, due to the current situation in China, all services have been suspended and we are unable to accept or process any mail items for China.

We will provide an update once the situation returns to normal.
