Heavy rain causes flooding in Bac Ninh: Media sources report that heavy rains from October 6 to the morning of October 7 caused flooding in parts of Bac Ninh province, Vietnam. Areas such as Bo Ha (325.6 mm), Lang Giang (245.2 mm), Kep (186.2 mm), and Bac Giang (191 mm) saw the heaviest rainfall. Floodwaters and mud inundated homes and businesses, forcing several people to evacuate. Disruptions to logistics and businesses are expected.
