Heavy rainfall causes flooding in parts of Son La: Local media sources reported that heavy rainfall has caused flooding in several communes across Son La province, Viet Nam, on the night between July 26 and 27. The affected communes include Huoi Mot, Chieng So, Bo Sinh, Chieng Khoong, Nam Ty, and Song Ma. The National Center for Hydrometeorological Forecasting has issued warnings of flash floods and landslides in the province of Son La on July 27. Business and logistics disruptions should be expected until the floodwater recedes. |
