The postal operator of Ukraine, Ukrposhta has advised that owing to the Russian Federation’s military actions, martial law has been declared.
Ukrainian airspace is temporarily restricted for civilian air transportation. Ukrposhta is currently seeking alternative routes with other EU postal partners, however, until a clear route has been put in place all services to Ukraine are experiencing long delays.
The operator of Ukraine, the State Enterprise of Special Post has advised that processing and delivery of EMS items is now back to normal.

Ukraine Post has advised they are dealing with backlogs following the recent embargo on imports, resulting in a significant increase in volumes of inbound international mail. As a result, the processing and delivery of mail is taking longer than normal, leading to delays with a specific impact on EMS item delivery.
Ukrposhta of Ukraine has confirmed that the embargo at Boryspil Airport on the importing of cargo and mail has been lifted, and mail processing has returned to normal.
