Ukraine

Ukrposhta of Ukraine are continuing to try and provide full postal services despite the ongoing dangerous conditions. Service delays are to be expected.

Ukraine

The postal operator of Ukraine, Ukrposhta has advised that owing to the Russian Federation’s military actions, martial law has been declared.

Ukrainian airspace is temporarily restricted for civilian air transportation. Ukrposhta is currently seeking alternative routes with other EU postal partners, however, until a clear route has been put in place all services to Ukraine are experiencing long delays.

Ukraine – Delivery delays

Ukraine Post has advised they are dealing with backlogs following the recent embargo on imports, resulting in a significant increase in volumes of inbound international mail. As a result, the processing and delivery of mail is taking longer than normal, leading to delays with a specific impact on EMS item delivery.

Ukraine – Back to normal

Ukrposhta of Ukraine has confirmed that the embargo at Boryspil Airport on the importing of cargo and mail has been lifted, and mail processing has returned to normal.

Ukrposhta thanks everyone for their understanding.
