St Patricks Day is Thursday 17th March. Delays could be expected.

Delivery delays are currently being experienced in Ireland due to abnormally high volumes of mail items at the final mile carrier’s receiving centre.

Due to storm Ellen which has hit the Irish West coast on the 19th August and has been travelling towards the Irish Sea and mainland UK, there is at least a 24H delay in postal delivery.

An Post has advised it has suspended signature on delivery for all inbound items. Delivery will be conducted via limited face-to-face methods, effective immediately.
