A leading hotel chain had a requirement to post its’ loyalty cards to members worldwide.

Objectives:

The Hotel’s Loyalty Programme – facilitated by the UK office for it’s chain of hotels worldwide – needed to post 5000+ loyalty cards to new members each week. They needed to be posted on a speedy and reliable service, as soon as possible after a new member joined the loyalty programme.

Results:

Following a tender process, UKP Worldwide provided the most cost efficient international postage prices and has now been working with the hotel chain for over a year, delivering their loyalty cards worldwide. Whilst also posting their loyalty statements as and when required, we continue to find the most competitive international postage prices to keep postage costs as low as possible.
