PostNord Denmark has confirmed that owing to the sanctions imposed on Belarus and the Russian Federation by the European Union, it has temporarily suspended services. Further updates will follow when the situation has improved.

USA

Severe weather in Texas is causing transportation disruptions. Severe tornados, thunderstorms, large hail and heavy rainfall have impacted the state.

Australia

Flooding and extreme weather conditions across NSW and Queensland are causing delivery delays for items in and out of these regions. Local deliveries in flood affected areas also impacted.

Mongolia

Mongol Post has confirmed that they are migrating from IPS 2017 to IPS 2021 during the coming weekend, as a result, technical disruptions may be experienced. 

Greece

Hellenic Post has been facing a general IT issue since 20th March owing to a cyberattack, all systems are down (internet, International Postal System and telephones, etc.). The IT department is working to resolve the situation. Hellenic Post will provide an update as soon as possible. 

Croatia

Croatian Post wishes to advise that they are experiencing occasional interruptions in the exchange of electronic data interchange (EDI) messages owing to ongoing internal network infrastructure work. 

Jamaica

Jamaica Post has confirmed that the government has lifted the national curfew with immediate effect. Therefore, the force majeure situation has now ended and normal postal operations have resumed. 

China

China’s delivery standards have now changed due to the impact of covid-19. All inbound mail items are required to be held for a period of 48 hours as part of their antivirus measures before they are then released for onward delivery.
