Cape Verde’s Post has advised of delays for both inbound and outbound mail items due to flight reductions and cancellations in compliance with the government’s closure of the country’s borders. It has suspended all flights to EU countries, United States, Brazil, Senegal and Nigeria. Postal operations will continue to operate during normal working hours.
