Hong Kong – Returned to normal
Normal postal service has resumed in the areas affected by the recent road conditions around Admiralty, Wan Chai, Central and Mid-level.

Air traffic has been disrupted across Gujarat Province due to Tropical Cyclone Vayu. Operations have been suspended for at least 24 hours at seven airports across Gujarat Province. Affected are Diu Airport, Porbandar Airport, Bhavnagar Airport, Kandla Airport, Keshod Airport, Jamnagar Airport and Bhuj Airport. Expect associated air travel disruptions to persist until weather conditions improve.
