Philippines – Suspended Service

Philippines Post has advised that postal operations were suspended in Metro Manila and Pampanga provinces on 23rd April, following a powerful earthquake that struck a day earlier. Damage sustained in the cities of Lubao and Porac in Pampanga province could cause delays to postal services.
